Usage Guidelines

Cutting
Use a manual circular saw or a high-speed small motor circular saw to cut. During cutting, input compressed air to blow away the aluminum chaff powder.

Cutting with straight saw or shuttle saw
Under the premise of protecting the board surface from damage, cutting is carried out and the bran and powder are blown away with a compressed air blower.

Keyhole and eyelet enlargement
Use an iron drill bit to drill at high speed. Do not use lubricants to avoid damaging the installation surface. At the same time, use compressed air to remove the bran powder. Blow away the foam.

Planing Edges
Use an electric planer or metal file to clean the rough edges after cutting. Pay close attention to ensure that no bran or powder remains on the board surface.

Riveting
Connect with pot nails or core nails

Cold bending
It is rolled and pressed using a special- shaped mold machine and cannot be heated. When pressing, use a protective pad to avoid damage to the board surface.

Inflection
First, pad the aluminum-plastic panel with something, and then use electric or foot- operated shears (remove the knife) to bend it. When bending, please pay attention to distinguish the bottom surface and the rough edges.

Cold Inflection
First mill a small V-shaped groove with a width of R-2-8mm, and then perform folding.

Glue bonding
Use metal adhesive to bond as needed, but be careful not to bond the plastic parts.

Screw connection
Use stainless steel self-tapping screws or stainless steel wood screws. If the area is large, washers should be used for composite parts.

Silk screen printing
Print the design with a suitable screen ink

Welding
Use heat sealing equipment to slot and connect.

Clamping method
Use the required aluminum or stainless steel metal protrusion, clamp it and then tighten it with pot nails.

Cold Roll Pressing
Use an adjustable press and smooth round rollers to roll and form. Be careful not to damage the surface during operation.

Spray paint
Use spray painting to spray out the required pattern. The maximum drying temperature cannot exceed 600C or spray paint according to the technical data of the paint factory.
